Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. Great service at a time we needed it most. Flood waters stormed our basement and hit our furnace. I called Hy-Pro and the next day on a Saturday they were in and had the furnace up and going. Also pointed out and fixed some fittings and valves that werent to code. Thanks again guys

It isn't easy, finding someone you can do the hard stuff and trust that they Show You The Way. I've been in and out of therapy since my teens. Some I fired. Some I gave blind faith. Great new eco store on James St South Hamilton. The owner was very helpful and I was very impressed with the bulk refill station they have. They will refill your empty containers with eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap and softener, they even have bulk bubble bath and the prices are great.

A few years ago I had injured my lower back playing hockey. I could barely walk and after seeing my Doctor, who prescribed me pain killers and anti inflammatory meds, I was seeing no progress. I was referred to Dr.Elkin who after an initial examination which included a scan and ex-ray began my treatment. Within two weeks of treatment I was able to run again and had no set backs. I continued to see him on a regular basis and have always benefited from the treatment and conversation. I would strongly recommend his services to all .
