The assistant who helped me at Kanata Opticians (150 Katimavik) was knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. When I asked if I could get my current frames fitted with new lenses, she assured me that was possible (always a small risk that frames can be damaged, though) because my frames were in excellent condition. My new glasses were delivered promptly, and they were perfectly done.
Even though I live 40 km west of this business, I will gladly make the trip again if I need their services.

I needed a company that could do a move in/out at two locations, one in town and the other out of town. From my phone call to book the appointments to the completion of the first job, this team was great. Linda did a wonderful job and even vacuumed my dog's bed. I would recommend them to anyone wanting their home cleaned thoroughly!

They fixed my mazda by the time they said they would with no additional costs. I was very happy with the service on the front counter and the quality of work from Ken. I will certainly go back!

Although,we sold our semi-detached home in Tanglewood in 2016, all our windows were installed by you and I loved them. Jay at the Kanata store was great, knew the products like the back of his hand and a real pro at assessing what really suited my needs. Test driving a stick, taking a pass and getting shots off.... can't imagine any other way to buy a hockey stick. Friendly check out staff too.... great store. Thanks Jay... When the job was finished I expected a few stray nails to be hiding about the lawn, but every square inch of my property was taken care of, right down to the dirt I had been meaning to clean up months ago.
