I have taken both my vehicles to Leno, my Ford F150and my Lincoln MKX and have been totally impressed with the service as well as recommended service. This shop is honest with what needs to occur and what can wait. All of my recent work done by Leno has been above board and I will continue to bring my vehicles to him... A couple years ago I stopped by Lou's to get a cost estimate to repair some minor paint damage to the rear of my car caused after backing into a steel cable. Other estimates I received were in the $2000 to $3000 range. Lou's thought the damage could mostly be "polished out" and immediately went ahead and tried that. Sure enough, that worked very well and I was more than satisfied with how it looked. It impressed me that they would find a way to repair the damage at a lower cost...right away.
