My car broke down here while I was vacationing at the Falls from Iowa, USA. I was so nervous to take my car to some mechanic that would charge an exuberant amount. I was immediately put at ease at McLeods. They explained to me what exactly they were doing and showed me the price beforehand. Not to mention they were so friendly and their customers that day were locals and that says a lot. I would recommend McLeods in a heartbeat!

We had excellent service from Bruce. He was very professional. He did not rush us or try to push us into something we did not want. He took his time to answer all our questions to our satisfaction. Hats off to Paul! We have a 2009 Saturn Vue. We could not figure out how to disconnect the rear Windshield washer pump. Paul took the time to go online and then be able to explain exactly how to do it to us over the phone. We were successful in taking care of our problem. Saving us $$$.

We drove in from out of town to purchase a car. The dealership didn’t notice some damage to the rear bumper but immediately called Carsmetics who took us right away. We picked up the car a couple of hours later and it looked like the bumper had been replaced it was so perfect. Jeff did an amazing job and I highly recommend Carsmetics for any car.
