This is a good company. They delivered prompt service, professional workmanship and positive attitude.
We had no heat for 2 days, 22nd and 23rd of December this year. I called a different company but they did not come as they said. I had BC Care Heating phone number from my neighbor with a nod. They came, brought back the heat, fixed the venting - main cause of our problem and gave my daughter a hi-five. Our family appreciated their service. They are our Christmas saver. Thank you very much

Went to see if we needed a new battery. They immediately checked ours and suggested a new one. A little over $200 for a brand new battery w/ a 40 month warranty. A Ford service dealer had flagged the need to replace the brake pads of my Ford F 350 tow truck. I made an appointment with Budget Brake & Muffler in Coquitlam, BC to replace my brake pads before embarking on a RV trip. I was pleasantly surprised when John Sinkie told me that my brakes were good for another 20,000 k’s & did not need replacing at this time. I find this honesty refreshing & rare. I will be using Budget Brake in Coquitlam for the service needs of all my vehicles. Well done John.

My pipes leaked into my basement and I had to shut off my water so I needed a plumber fast. I was lucky enough to read the reviews on Ashton and give them a call.They sent Tim within the day. Tim was pleasant, competent and professional... this was someone who KNEW what he was doing. He fixed my leak (which was the least of my problems) and checked the house to make sure everything was okay. He charged only for what was replaced and he did not charge me for frills or small "fixes". Thank you Tim for fixing the wiring and giving me heating for the first time in years! I'd recommend Ashton (ask for Tim!!) in a heartbeat.

Water was running down in our backyard. Septic field backed up. I called Brian and he came to see the problem when he said he would. He explained the situation…gave me a quote and when he could start.
He came to do the job when he said he would and stuck with the job until it was finished in a very difficult terrain.
He took pictures of what he was doing at all stages to document the job. Had the equipment to do a professional job. He replaced the top soil and seeded the lawn. Great Job.

Thanks for removing a sticky car dealership decal off our newly purchased 2022 pick up truck. You stated there was no charge for the heat gun application that took mere seconds to remove the item, and to show mutual deserved respect, I came back with one dozen donuts.
