I am sure you get a few complaints through your Customer Service Department.
This not a complaint at all.
I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business.
This positive change has, I think, has been a result of a change in branch managers.

This is a great restaurant. We were greeted within moments of entering the building. The building itself is beautiful too, and has a lot of character. We had a great dinner, I had the beef ribs and my wife had the green bean pasta. We had fabulous service, our drinks were never empty. The live music was really great too. I look forward to coming back, many times with friends. This restaurant gets a rare 5-star rating from me.

The staff is amazing as they are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. After shopping here, I do not buy my dog food or dog treats anywhere else. If they do not have the answer to your questions, they will refer you to someone more knowledgeable or will look it up for you. They truly care about the well-being of my dogs and know them by name. Pet Planet is about the most personal a pet store can be as they keep track of what you buy, ask you how you and your pet are doing. Please do not believe the nasty comment but instead check Pet Planet out for yourself and then decide. Keep up the good work!

5.15.20 Both Mike & Lindy were very helpful when I contacted them regarding our unwanted voles. Mike made a special trip to Cochrane [at no additional cost to us] to supply us & some of our neighbours with bait stations. We recommend them as they offer various services at affordable prices. Awesome restrauant, obviously under great management. My Fliet Mignon was perfect. My wife's steak was slightly under cooked, but she's just picky. Very accomodating and fun. Our server--Eric-- was professional and fun. They gave us a complinentary dessert because we were celebrating our anniversary. 5 Stars and will definitely be returning.
