Mario and Antonio worked their tails off to complete the draintile replacement project on my 60s house. Excellent and prompt communication from start to end, quoting was precise and competitive. They worked long hard days to complete the critical pieces before the rain came. Site was kept clean and tidy throughout the project. I have been frequenting this store for a number of years and love the ever changing variety of goods they carry. I like that they use where possible suppliers and supplies that are local or from other parts of Canada. I have a sofa from them which is perfect. I have a chair I purchased from them and they covered for me. Excellent work in matching the upholstery design, making extra cushions. Currently I have on order bookcases and a desk - all will be made locally.

I'm definitely not a high end watch collector, but I do enjoy the more tech-focused pieces. I came in to take a look at a citizen ecodrive watch I was interested in. The girl working there was friendly and not pushy, she let me look around for a bit before approaching me. Once I told her what I was looking for, she pulled a few samples out for me and went through all of them. Very impressed by how much her and her colleague knew about not just citizen, but every brand in the store and how they compare. Will definitely be back in the future.

I've called Water Heater Rescue twice over the past year- one time to fix my garbage disposal, and the second time was to repair my water heater. The office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and coached me on how to reset my garburator. I highly recommend their services as they are friendly and fast!
