Vahik presides over his workshop filled with machines and hand tools and dozens of all manner of musical instruments. I have brought him an old violin from a flea market for his assessment. He thinks it is worth repairing and we agree to three stages. When each stage is complete the violin improves enormously. Finally, he is satisfied and so am I...a real transformation! The violin both looks and plays wonderfully. The cost of repairing is not cheap, but much increased the value! Thanks!

A good mechanic is more valuable than gold. Werner is priceless. We have been taking ALL of our family's car's to him and his team. 3 generations of us. I was recently treated by Dr. M. Reskovich for an emergency tooth extraction. The extraction was of a molar and turned into a full surgical procedure, including bone augmentation. This was my first visit to Dr. Reskovich's practice. I am a retired dentist myself and I cannot emphasize enough about the skill, care and attention I received. Dr. Reskovich and his staff were most professional and truly caring. Dr. Reskovich administered the needle very gently and his hands were most skilled as he tackled a difficult extraction with patience. The office was clean and bright; the staff were cheerful and accommodating. Bought a used car that needed some repairs. Whiterock Automotive was recommended by some of my co workers so, I called and booked in for service. John and his team were excellent. After the inspection all concerns were clearly communicated. John listed repairs in priority order and I appreciated that they were honest about what needed to be fixed and what could wait. Always fair with mechanic rates and prices on parts. I only trust John and his team with the care of my car.

A Ford service dealer had flagged the need to replace the brake pads of my Ford F 350 tow truck. I made an appointment with Budget Brake & Muffler in Coquitlam, BC to replace my brake pads before embarking on a RV trip. I was pleasantly surprised when John Sinkie told me that my brakes were good for another 20,000 k’s & did not need replacing at this time. I find this honesty refreshing & rare. I can’t say enough about the overall experience I had with Allwest animal hospital. I was searching for a hospital that could perform a TPLO on my dog. Not only were they substantially more affordable than other clinics, but their care and genuine concern for my dog was outstanding. Surgical nurse Rhian is a rockstar!! Treated my dog just like he was her own. She put all my worries at ease. Truly loves her job which all I could ever want in a caregiver for my pet.

Dr. Yee is an absolutely PHENOMENAL dentist!
I haven't had a dental plan in a few years, so I have quite a back-log of procedures/cavities/crowns that need to be attended to. Dr. Yee did a thorough exam the first day I came to him back in March, and listed all the items that needed attention in my mouth, giving me a wide variety of treatment options for all of them. When my dental plan kicked in in August Jeanny was amazing! She went through ALL of the procedures with me and organized them so I got the maximum coverage from my plan with as little out of pocket expense as possible. She did A LOT of foot work for me, as did Dr. Yee, to ensure that my insurance and dental work was completed as efficiently as possible.
Now here's what sets Dr. Yee apart from any other dentist I've been to! One of the procedures I need is gum grafts. They are quite pricey, so I have a plan to complete the work over the next year and a bit with my insurer, again, thanks to Jeanny's tireless efforts. As Dr. Yee was preparing to do my first grafts today he saw a problem area next to the teeth to be grafted. Without hesitation, he did an extra graft FREE OF CHARGE to help circumvent future problems for me. If that isn't a caring/proactive dentist I don't know what is. Seriously, Dr. Yee, you've got a patient for life!
So in short, great staff, great doctor, everything was very hygienic, and all the equipment used is cutting edge. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist that actually CARES about the health of your mouth.

Great customer service, professional, works fast, Great price. Never felt like I was up sold. Rob is honest and hard working. He also does his part for the community by hiring and training apprentices to pass on his knowledge. Highly recommend

As an advanced student, just a few weeks of practicing on this instrument has completely transformed my playing, and I deeply regret the literal years I wasted being held back by a poor instrument.

I highly recommend John’s Mufflerman & Automotive Services. Prior to John’s, took my mechanic 6 hours to repair my resonator (center pipe) & the noise was still bad. A friend suggested John. John suggested we go before noon. It took him 5 minutes to give us 3 options & after selecting an option, took them less than one hour to build the over-axel, tail-pipe, & provide a universal muffler. The repair was miraculous – noise gone! Thank you for being a great mechanic with a fair price.
