I represent a charity in Ottawa called CityKidz Ottawa, which works with children in the 6 to 12 year old age range. We require that the children are bused every week and have been using Wubs since we opened our doors in 2010. We have always appreciated their safe and reliable service for our children and their desire to get involved in the community and make a difference. I can't say enough of how wonderful it is to shop here. I have been shopping here since its inception, and all the staff, I mean all the staff are a wonderful team of individuals who are always eager to help and go the extra mile. This is one if not the best place in Ottawa to shop. Starting from the Beauty Boutique, the Manager, her assistant and everyone else is top notch, experienced and knowledgeable. The best team in the City as far as I am concerned.

Pharmacy staff are very caring and provide good advice when asked. Staffing often causes problems...too few people on Pharmacy desk. But the staff that are on duty are wonderful!

They contacted my ODSP with quotes for additional costs of non-prescriptions and have arranged all of my regular medications to being transfered to them without me leaving my home.
