I've been there a couple times previously and i was always treated with kindness and respect. The last 2 times someone made me cappucino!! They fixed my rear derailleur and it's never had an issue since.
Yesterday I went in to the store after calling them and asking advice on a noise my Tacx was making. Not only did they immediately work on it, they arranged for someone lend a hand (and actually helped me OUTSIDE The store to get it working properly!!).

This place is overpriced for what you get. My friend and I shared a light dinner, a glass of wine each and tea, and our bill (with tip and tax) came to $100. I ordered the gnocci in tomato sauce, which was very good, and the bread was tasty. But for a meatless meal with no dessert and no appetizer, the prices are too high. It seems like you're paying for atmosphere. The service was pretty good, but at the end when it got busier we had to signal for service. I think there's better value out there for the money. Seemed like a lot of people there could "expense" their dinners, which explains the crowd.

This one is our fourth week with them. So far, so good: delivered on time, fresh, undamaged, well packaged. After the delivery they charge our bank # via PayPal. They accept returns, no questions asked.
Nice to know that yesterday the thing was in the ground, and today it's on my plate -- next best thing to farming personally :)
