Paul and everyone in the company are very friendly and knowledgeable. It was refreshing dealing with someone who is upfront with everything and explains in detail the work to be done. After a poor experience at Leon's we tried The Brick and were greeted by Kimia. It was great not to be followed around like a shadow & although she kept her distance, when we looked up and made eye contact with her she then came to our aid. After providing us with the information we required, she closed the deal - quite a good one too. We were surprised to learn that it was her first week based on the service we received - so check out Kimia at The Brick Deerfoot Meadows.

Great store...very helpful , professional and knowledgeable General Manager who is friendly demonstrating his willingness to serve the public.
Together with the friendly staff and a variety of great both electronic and digital plus all general useful merchandises which are right in the store make us like to shop there because they are so easy to find.

Although, yes, this bank is a trust which it was an amalgamation, and had at least one teller. The other actual branch locations are very far away from me and highly inconvenient for me as I do not have a car.
