phoned CTC on Sunday, said they couldn't look at it till Wednesday. They had no record my appointment. After a hour and a half wait they said they couldn't fix it. Call muffler man they said bring it right in. Soon as I arrived they took it right in in a few minutes they gave me a very reasonable quote and could have it fixed in 45 minutes. Thanks

I went in this week and purchased a brand new 2017 Kia Sorento. The same day they got it out of the show room and my wife and I drove it home. I recently went to this establishment with the front end of my car shaking. Thinking that it was something serious, I was a bit nervous on what was wrong. Sam went for a test drive with me and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY FRIENDLY AS WELL! I would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you to the young man who took time to stop what he was doing and checked my tire pressure. My light came on suddenly on my way home from Grand Bend to Sarnia. He checked all 4 tires and filled the ones that were a bit low. Wonderful service. So glad someone was there!
