Gino was the ONLY one who took the time to explain the difficulties involved in my moms case. He ended up telling her he could not help her but we both appreciated Ginos honestly, his integrity and his information. An honest Denturist is a rarity and Gino shines like a diamond in this area. Like previous visits, the visit today, Saturday, May 22, 2021 confirmed that the facility is neat and organized to follow all the necessary COVID-19 public health protocols - with lots of hand sanitizer stations in the facility, social distancing marks on the floor and reflecting in the arrangement of seats, etc. The staff are working very hard and professionally to keep wait times within 20-30 minutes - even for walk-in appointments. The staff are very courteous and commendable.

The staff here are so helpful and friendly and Dr. Butts has the most thorough eye exam I have ever experienced. You can tell he loves what he does and eye health is very important to him. I have recommended Dr. Butts and Calgary Trail Vision Centre to many family and friends.
