Rob Lavalley is excellent. Extremely good at assessing and diagnosing. Spends the time and truly cares about you. I am a nurse myself and spent 4 months recovering from a leg fracture/surgery. There were so many days when I thought I was doing poorly/was discouraged and was given motivation and encouragement to continue. Have seen for elbow, back, knee, and lower leg/ankle. Complete recovery (exceeded expectations) and can't say enough!

I would recommend that your service technician come out and actually speak to the customer when the job is finished! I had questions that weren’t answered and your front service lady did not offer to help me resolve it either! She answered with a I don’t know ? So I would have liked to have talked to the technician regarding my question.

I have recently found these guys after searching for a place that actually cares, unlike other places (ALL local big name stores shall remain unmentioned), and will now not go anywhere else. These guys are the best. They treat you more like a family then a customer and are always willing to spend the time to talk to you and let you browse. They have the best selection of any place that I have gone and they always try to bring what they can as often as they can. No regrets going here.
