I can't say enough good things about Randall and the team at Enterprise! They were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. When it came time to pick up my car, I was in a bit of a time crunch, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and stress-free. Several months ago I had to get a mirror replaced on my old Toyota. They took me right in, got me to my work, and had the mirror installed by end of day. Great job. I had to get some scratches and dents removed on my brand new Mazda last month. They did an excellent job. I had another little incident in the same spot and they fixed it for free! I am so impressed with them. Lisa is the best! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for your help!

I was once an unsatisfied client and they they bent over backwards to correct issue at no charge..... even covered my taxi bill when I arrived!

I took my car in after purchase as it seemed the wheel balance was off. When I picked it up they were quick and honest about a small scratch they put in the rim while balancing. Very happy they were up front about it
