In the summer of '20 I bought a lightly used 2019 A3 2.0T Quattro. The test drives, purchase, buying a snow tire pkg and buying/getting other parts, and scheduling three service visits over the following 46,000km have easy and without incident. The service advisor had one of the service technicians, who races, come out to talk with me and my son prior to a visit to Shannonville Motorsport Park.

I dropped my car (2008 Corolla) to empire to get it detailed and they far surpassed my expectations. They cleaned it so well both the interior and exterior. I havent seen my paint so clean before. I am going back to get my windows tinted and to get my car rust proof.

Professional helpful and friendly staff. Cars were in immaculate condition. The rates were more than fair and the gas i spent was less than i expected. Will most definitely be renting from them again. Rachel gave me a lift home and the manager offered me a slight discount for a short wait time while they got the oil changed for me before i left. They did interior: performed all list of services to kill bad dog smell in may car. Now may car brand new looking inside with nice strong smell.
