I have used this location for shopping, grooming, Petshotel and Doggie Day Camp and I can't say enough about the staff here. They are helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about their jobs and the animals that they care for. When Shelby sees the big neon sign, she goes out of her mind with happiness. Her trips to the grooming salon always leave her looking great and feeling fabulous. Love this location!

On May 22, 2018 afternoon, I received outstanding customer service from Jay at Staples Canada at 1980 Eglinton Ave. E., Scarborough in purchasing my favourite unlocked mobile phone. I was in a hurry to buy a mobile phone for use at a conference on May 23. Jay helped me to set up my new mobile phone efficiently and accurately. He responded well to all my questions. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable and polite with great problem-solving and time-management skills. Highly recommended.

Not sure why people are saying terrible slow service I had a great customer service experience! This is my 1st time to this location. I ordered a Grande Latte. The service was very good and staff was friendly and I received the Latte in less than 3 min and it was made perfectly. Will comeback here. Amazing location!!!

Hi I recently visited my grandparents resting site after 20 years as I live overseas. I got the address from my uncle and rented a car . The place was very inspiring and well maintained went i arrived and it didn't feel like a cemetery indeed... or at least like how they normally are. The office were very helpful in getting the details of the location and after some hot coffee, we were escorted to the site. They left us alone and I thanked them. thank you Highlands !!
