KUDOS to Kathy in Victoria at 1-888-472-222 with whom I spoke today (January 4, 2021 just before noon). The vets and staff really took the time and cared about my dog Spyro, they all treated her so well. When she had to be put down due to illness and old age (18 y.o.) they were compassionate and sincere.
I am forever thankful to them for extending my little girls life and keeping her as active and healthy as possible right to the end.
