I have been a patient of Dr. Yvonne LAM at Wakefield Dental for over many years. In addition to the excellent care of Dr LAM and the team for my regular tooth/gum care, I suffered a trauma to one of my front teeth-it broke in half..YIKES. The reception staff, Tracey and all, did get me in same day. Dr Lam repaired the tooth with her usual expertise, can't even tell where the repair starts. I just wanted to thank Dr. Lam and the entire staff for their compassionate and excellent care.

Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. Outstanding service from the start of the job to the end of the job. Devon absolutely created our vision for the walkway-driveway, and our landscaping looks wonderful. So much so our neighbour also had some work done in the front yard by Devon. The time-line was 1 week and the job was done in that time. Finally, a physiotherapist and clinic that didn't just stick me on a machine! There approach is unlike any I have experienced. They take the time to explain everything in ways I could understand! AND spent about an hour each session re-assessing and working on me. I have been on physiotherapy programs before where I needed to go twice a week for 6-7 weeks with no luck... A few years ago I had injured my lower back playing hockey. I could barely walk and after seeing my Doctor, who prescribed me pain killers and anti inflammatory meds, I was seeing no progress. I was referred to Dr.Elkin who after an initial examination which included a scan and ex-ray began my treatment. Within two weeks of treatment I was able to run again and had no set backs. I continued to see him on a regular basis and have always benefited from the treatment and conversation. I would strongly recommend his services to all .

I have been going to Carewell for a couple of years now. You will not find a more efficient clinic anywhere to help you with your health needs. The prices are in line, the offices are clean and organized and they are on time.
The chiropractor, physiotherapist, registered massage therapist and staff are talented, friendly and willing to work with you based on your time constraints and health concerns.
