The staff was knowledgable and courteous, they took a look at the issues, quoted the work they needed to be done and they did a great job fixing the issues quickly. I then decided to have my website re-designed and Pixel Global did a great job of working with me to find a vision and make recommendations on the most user friendly design to increase customer engagement. KUDOS to Kathy in Victoria at 1-888-472-222 with whom I spoke today (January 4, 2021 just before noon). She is so helpful and efficient, made suggestions and arranged for us to add cell phone service (sim cards on their way). She helped us to get the best price for our bundle (Internet, computer, TV and landline)and is personable and kind even though I explained we are technopeasants, both of us (husband and wife) in our 70s! The vets and staff really took the time and cared about my dog Spyro, they all treated her so well. When she had to be put down due to illness and old age (18 y.o.) they were compassionate and sincere.
