I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. Tangles fixed one of the worst hair disasters (cut/colour) of my life. Was referred by two friends, and am so thankful and appreciative. Emily saw the photos of my hair and shuffled things for me so she could help me, knowing I had an Xmas event tomorrow…she said ‘challenge accepted’ and 2.5 hours later I left feeling beautiful again. She gave me all of her attention and made it her business to help me. Will be going back here forevermore.

Very thorough, non-rushed eye exams. Great customer service both during initial purchase and adjustments. Not being rushed very important to match new prescription, unlike the last set of “big box store” purchases my family has made. We will be back.
