AJ Towing was fabulous, which helped in a stressful situation. The operator arrived quickly after my call, and had out of an intersection within 2 minutes after getting there. The car was quickly taken to the mechanic. Best of all was the friendly and helpful demeanour of the operator. (I wish I got his name!). Thanks, AJ!

OK, I recently did a review for having my radiator repaired a few days ago. I saved enough money from that repair (vs. OConnor Dodge) to consider doing a separate repair.
The back passenger door lock crapped out sometime ago. I got a quote back in Sep 2019 from OConnor which was $520 including parts/labour/taxes. Absolutely amazing. They turned an awful situation (car died on the Coq)into a manageable one. More then fair prices, let us use a loaner even though our car was a goner just so we could take a night to figure stuff out. They even helped us find a hotel room. I've never been treated so well by complete strangers.

I had a power steering issue on my Mercedes, my car was really hard to steer. I took it to Hood Star Automotive, who dealt with it in a fast and friendly manner, I was back on the road in no time at all. They are great guys who really know their stuff. I would go back again and I would highly recommend them. Great to know someone in Chilliwack who is a fully trained Merc mechanic!
