I woke up yesterday to flooding in my basement and immediately googled Flood restoration in the GTA. The first company that came up was 5 Start Cleaning. I called the line and Bob diligently instructed me on how he was going to remove the water from my basement. His crew arrived 20 minutes later and worked on my basement all morning. Bob provided updates and Lisa called later in the day to check up on everything. Very good customer service. I would definitely recommend Bob and his crew!

My wife & I just completed a whole home renovation. I cannot say enough positive things about Evan and his team. They were simply FABULOUS. The quality of their work is top notch, they are meticulous in their attention to detail, they went above and beyond the call of duty, were just a pleasure to work with and COMPLETELY eliminated any worry we might have had going into a project like this. Jake and his assistant just left. Had the fireplace and furnace cleaned. Work was accomplished quickly and tidily. The fireplace looks better than it ever has.

I have a tankless water heater installed by this business. They provide excellent services. When the sales person arrived at our house to do an assessment and cost estimate, he identified all the issues with our existing heater that was installed by a previous contractor. The gas pipes issues were corrected by Star Alliance installers. We are very happy with their workmanship. I would recommend this HVAC system installers to others.
