Like previous visits, the visit today, Saturday, May 22, 2021 confirmed that the facility is neat and organized to follow all the necessary COVID-19 public health protocols - with lots of hand sanitizer stations in the facility, social distancing marks on the floor and reflecting in the arrangement of seats, etc. The staff are working very hard and professionally to keep wait times within 20-30 minutes - even for walk-in appointments. The staff are very courteous and commendable.

I have owned a few Honda Accords for over 20 years, I always trusted the Honda dealerships for repairs. After getting some very expensive quotes from the dealerships I decided to look for a reputable Honda repair shop that might have more reasonable pricing. I read lots of reviews and decided on Wilson's Auto Tech. Twice Wilson was able to fix my older Honda for significantly less. We were thrilled. Upon entering you are greeted by a very polite and professional young lady. Like all public places your temperature is taken and you are asked to sanitize your hands. This is the norm these days.
