I was quoted a price and a timeline for the body work required, and they completed the work earlier and the quote was precisley what I did pay. The receptionist and the manager/owner were professional and friendly and the car looked fantastic. The experience I had at this business was a FIVE and I will recommend all my friends to go to this business should they require body work on their car.

I have received exceptional service over the past 20+ years. Orlex has been in the business for a very long time, he's knowledgeable and can pin point an issue right away. The best part is that despite his vast experience and large clientele, he always takes time to check what is needed, unlike other places where you are charged extra for services that are not needed. I always trust that I will be charge fairly and he looks for a similar and less expensive car replacement, when possible.

Washed up at Lou's after the alternator on my truck failed EB on the 401. Carlos and Tony could not have done more. Clearly they were already fully booked, but in order to get me back on the road to Ottawa as quickly as possibl they went over and above. Courteous and competent. The cost was certainly reasonable as well. I cannot say enough in favour of these guys.

Friendly, timely, meticulous, knowledgeable, extremely professional. Rich took time out of his weekend to come and give us an estimate. He was the only one of a few that we called that called back right away and after 5 minutes with him, regardless of cost, we knew he would be doing our roof. His price was competitive and we know that we could not have got the quality of workmanship for anything less. We are having him do our eaves troughs now that the roof looks so nice. Hats off to Paul! We have a 2009 Saturn Vue. We could not figure out how to disconnect the rear Windshield washer pump. Paul took the time to go online and then be able to explain exactly how to do it to us over the phone. We were successful in taking care of our problem. Saving us $$$.

We were anticipating over $700 bill as we had few Quotes already from different places but Speedy did the repair on my existing exhaust instead of replacement. These guys were Phenomenal...they came to our house on Wednesday last week to install our new garage door by taking down the old shelf above the garage (which took most of the day) and putting in our new garage door along with the aluminum capping, the lock in front of the door, the weather stripping etc. By watching everything all come together and the end result was just amazing.
