I can't say enough of how wonderful it is to shop here. I have been shopping here since its inception, and all the staff, I mean all the staff are a wonderful team of individuals who are always eager to help and go the extra mile. This is one if not the best place in Ottawa to shop. Starting from the Beauty Boutique, the Manager, her assistant and everyone else is top notch, experienced and knowledgeable. The best team in the City as far as I am concerned.

Staff are welcoming, courteous and pleasant. Facilities are exceptionally clean, questions are answered clearly and Joseph's expertise is superb! He listens precisely to what the client has to say, and his workmanship is so natural, even close friends and relatives do not know one has undergone denture work/replacements. Extremely professional and outstanding! Russ and his crew were on time, and most efficient in their use of time. Russ gave us a good quote over the phone which turned out to be accurate. It was almost the exact dollar amount they quoted me. Once again,they were perfect from the begging to the end of the move. I definitely would use them again!!

This has to be one of the worst Walmart in terms of customer service because you can never find any associate in there own department. The only silver lining is the wireless staff. Every time Ive gone to this location, I always go there first to ask them for help or to find an associate and they always go above and beyond for me. They have also activated a few phones for my family. they have great deals and they come with gift cards which helped pay for my groceries. Highly Recommend!!

I lost my credit card at Costco today and realized it when I went to pay. I was in a panic. Dawson was sooo kind and compassionate. He went to search the store and try to locate my credit card and found it. What a relief! Thank you so much Dawson!!!!
