In the summer of '20 I bought a lightly used 2019 A3 2.0T Quattro. The test drives, purchase, buying a snow tire pkg and buying/getting other parts, and scheduling three service visits over the following 46,000km have easy and without incident. The service advisor had one of the service technicians, who races, come out to talk with me and my son prior to a visit to Shannonville Motorsport Park.

I have been using these guys for years. I have several investment properties and they need appliance repair on regular basis. Whatever the problem is, I call them and they usually come within a couple of days. I have not run into a problem that they cant fix!
