Nick from Fixit repaired our hot water tank in an emergency service on a long weekend for a reasonable price, when all other companies we called were either too busy or had extortionate rates. He is courteous, works hard, and keeps you informed of the process until it is complete.
I would highly recommend Nick for any of your plumbing and heating needs.

After Calling on Friday evening about a welding repair I needed asap. I left a message that was promptly returned. Our igniter element on the gas furnace burned out. The technician (Lokman) arrived on schedule and was a very experienced serviceman. He replaced the element quickly and tested the operations of the furnace, all the while explaining its function and safety features. Being an engineer, I was interested in his explanations.
Lokman is no doubt a very valuable asset to your company - I highly recommend that you keep him happy..!

I had a chip in my car windshield, and Dave fixed it for me the next day, and I was in and out in under 30minutes. I would definitely recommend the crew at Bullet!

Fan in outside AC unit was not running - I thought the motor was dead. Hamid came, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, just needed a new capacitor. Also tested the refrigerant level, was down and needed topping up. All was done in a timely, professional matter and fully explained. He is a true technician, able to diagnose and repair and was able to do what another group failed to do.

I recently met Adrina at a clients home and was amazed at her dedication to the pets as well as how well the pets behave after she spent some time with them. I got her to watch over Koda and Mylo while I was away for a work trip and she kept me updated with the fur balls daily and they couldn't of been happier while I was away.
