Jeff the owner of Comfort Tech did us a solid. After the initial repair he personally involved himself in a subsequent failure in our heat pump. It was removed from premises and promptly returned repaired and functional in two days. The second failure was independent of the first, however the fees amounting to several hours worth were entirely waived. Much to our relief and appreciation, Comfort Tech demonstrated the class act they are.

We live in a remote location where no one wanted to come and repair our washing machine. I got a hold of Scott and he came to our location. He saw the problem right away and ordered the part. The very next day he was back up and repaired our washing machine. He was quick, honest, and very helpful. We will highly recommend Scotts Appliance Repair to all our friends and family. took my 50 yr old magnavox amp reciever in for some lites out..informed me that keys are silver contacts and get corroded so will clean while fixing lites......... due to circumstances ....was over warranty when i could return amp for some keys and lites still out .........repaired it at no extra cost great service .....thankyou

I’m just in town for a few days and wanted to get my dog groomed. They were able to fit us in with in short notice and the price was just right. The staff was friendly and professional and did a great job with my dog. He’s not the easiest to deal with but they said he did great. I sent a message but I wanted to do a review
I was on my way from Nanaimo to Kelowna for a family emergency. Between Merritt & Kelowna I had a flat tire & no spare. I phoned Deloro. The girl that answered the phone was extremely patient and helpful figuring out where I was. She said Bill would be with me in 45mins It was actually 46 mins cause he had to go a ways to turn around.
Both made a stressful situation less stressful

Super speedy service & delivery for the finest pizza in town (Kelowna). Numerous menu options and choice at a reasonable price. Their pizza app (for iPhone) is impressive as well as 'stabke' with NEVER having an issue with it in over five (5) years of constant use.
I've used in many other pizza ordering apps for my iPhone, and I found this one to be hands-down the best of all of them!
You can't go wrong with this app, or DOMINOS' Pizza, BOTH are THE BEST!!! Take it from AstroPhyzMike!

My mom was having some health issues and kept telling me she could smell gas downstairs. I called the landlord to let her know and explained I was going to call Aslan to come and check it out. The technician arrived rather quickly and discovered the hot water tank was vented back into the house and had a bit of a leak. He corrected the venting and fixed the leak. He was polite, prompt and respectful of my mom's health. She is doing much better and no longer can smell gas, I will use again

Our furnace quit after the planned power outage in W Kelowna on Nov 5 - contacted Anthony on Mon afternoon; he stated he had a full Tues and would schedule us for Wed morning but would try to get to us earlier. Sure enough, Anthony came by Tues evening after a full day and quickly resolved our issue. I cannot recommend Anthony enough, he is beyond fair, reasonable and professional.
