Absolutely unforgettable car buying experience! My husband and I walked into Go Dodge in Surrey just to check out some vehicles not really prepared to commit to anything right away. From our initial approach the first time we walked in until the very end, the experience was absolutely phenominal. We were interested In a 2015 Dodge Ram Sport and we were introduced to Dustin Copeland and we were welcomed with open arms. By the time we walked out of the dealership we had built a relationship with all the staff, especially Dustin and Iyad the sales Manager. Our experience entailed a non pressured car buying experience and the staff were extremely knowledgable and professional. I was very pleased with the repair service, and the follow up service they provided. Good, prompt, efficient and friendly. The first claim was an ICBC repair but then they were very helpful in the follow up when I thought something was wrong.

We called on Friday to make an appointment for the next day, Saturday. However, Saturday . started out very badly. The person who made the appointment didn't know there was limited service on Saturdays and the work we needed may not be possible. This was made worse by the fact we travelled by ferry to get here. All is well that ends well, however. Alex somehow got the repairs done for us. He turned an unhappy customer into a happy one and we will come back....maybe not on a Saturday. Thank you

Both my late husband and myself have had our cars serviced there for years. And he had an older model Camaro and they would go the extra mile to find parts. I took my 2005 ford focus in today to just have new windshield wipers installed. They notice all my tires were low. and toped them to the proper PSI. no charge, So I really appreciate them going the extra mile. I have found courtesy goes both ways.
