Walked into their showroom for the first time with measurements for 3 windows in our master bedroom and two weeks later picked up the perfect sheers, which totally transformed the room!!! I like this store. Customer service is excellent. Freshly baked hot bread is just $1 or even less. I buy synthetic oil there for my car for half price, and many other stuff. It would be great if I could find also Christmas Stollen in your store.

I can't say I've ever had a bad customer service experience at this Shoppers. My favorite department to deal with is the Post Office, because that is where I pick up my parcels. No matter who you deal with there, I've always gotten prompt, knowledgeable service and a friendly smile. Kudos to all the staff!

We picked up a large snow blower Nov.18,2018.at the Newmarket Store. Three young men and a supervisor on his way out stopped to load this machine. No easy task.They gave 110%. Polite, willing , diligent. We finally got it in. They went beyond & deserve to be acknowledged.
