I contacted DeMark for a furnace quote and from the very beginning their sales representative was extremely helpful and straightforward. From calling them initially on Friday morning, they managed to book our installation the very next day on Saturday morning. We told them we had no heat in our home due to our old furnace break down and they did all they could to book us in ASAP. Their technicians were punctual, professional and clean. I have used Air Conditioning Experts for various things over the past 25 years and have to say I am many years late in posting this review as this is not my normal practice.
Obviously, I have always been pleased with the service & pricing as I am still using this company. I have had a/c systems, no heat calls and recently, I have had an oil furnace removed, replaced with a high efficiency gas furnace.
I am very happy to recommend this company as the technicians are great, courteous & on time

My air condition broke down. I called the air conditoner manufacturer and they recommended this company. They phoned me back promptly, booked the appointment, showed up on time and fixed the air conditioner. Repair guy Mike was excellent and completed the work according to the price quoted.
