I had a short opportunity to work with them delivering appliances and because of some physical limitations was unable to stay on. I can say this. I have NEVER met more genuinely decent and honest people. These folks have been in business for 40 years and I can see why. They deserve your business. I havent been this pleased with a service call of any kind in a long time. There was some phone tag to set things up, but once we actually got on the phone together the booking was made extremely quickly (same day!). And the service call itself was just as I wish all service calls could be - timely, friendly, and professional. I would recommend this company without hesitation and call them again any time I have plumbing needs.

Rob is fantastic.
He SAVED us. We found black mould behind a mattress in the basement the day before taking pictures to list our house - and had already purchased a new one) We were devastated.
Rob came immediately. He was extremely professional. Explained exactly what needed to be done and did it properly. Fixed a crack in the foundation and complete renovation - with paperwork. He was fast & were able to list within the week!
My only regret - not writing this review sooner.
