I came to this store for the first time but i visited lot of stores before but never saw service like this before what i got in this store. I was not meant to buy any food , but the one the staff gave me a very good deal on strips and finally convinced me to buy that, i really liked the service. I went to fitness town burnaby and had many questions about some of the equipment. Lou and his staff were extremely helpful to answer my questions and didn’t make me feel like I was taking up too much time. I would defiantly go back there and recommend it to my friends and others.

Excellent specialist for implants. Dr. Noroozi was able to help me with my bone graft and implant while other specialists told me I cant get implants because of severe damage to my jaw bone. I received first class health care by Dr. Noroozi and his team at Impress. Truly impressive. Matthew. B

Great staff, very helpful. More than fair in their buyback policies. They will only keep a certain number of any given title on hand so you may be refused a buyback on some items even if they are in good condition. Smaller selection but well worth the visit. They really care about the customer. Will visit again.
