Mark came over as scheduled, fixed our kitchen sink at a reasonable price. Did an excellent job, left place clean and also did some caulking between the granite and the splash wall without us even asking to do that.

We recently decided to upgrade and redesign our back yard. In doing so we were referred to Progressive Concrete to do our new Deck. I cannot say anything except WOW!
The owner, Beau, personally came and although we had a design in mind he gave us some amazing ideas and after feeling confident of his knowledge and expertise we said yes. Within 48 hours, his workers came and prepped the area, laid the concrete and did there magic. They are nothing short of amazing. Thanks for everything!

Absolutely fantastic service. The staff was knowledgeable, efficient, polite and respectful of our home and things. They removed our old oil furnace and replaced it with a new gas furnace in one day. Erin, in the office, walked me through the process to get the prequalification code for the FortisBC grant and even completed the forms for us...all we had to do was sign it and mail it. First time in pharmacy following my appointment with my ENT doctor to fill my new prescription I required for tomorrow. Mr Baker, the Pharmacist was most courteos and provided fast efficient service. Your team came over on short notice on a Friday to ensure that our tenant could have hot water over the weekend. I could not get our usual plumbing company to come over.) In addition, your plumber was able to get the hot water working for the weekend, then returned promptly, as promised, on Monday to finish the job details with materials that were not available on Friday. Sales and service at this store is excellent! I bought a TV in person there in 2021 and this month again made a purchase from the same department. My salesperson, Raman, was so kind, polite and helpful - she gave me all the info I needed over the phone, and then sent me all the instructions to complete the sale via internet. I also previously spoke to Medha and Sherri by phone in the sales dept. and they were also very helpful and genuinely nice! I would definitely shop at this store again.
