Legacy Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram

Pretty terrible customer service. Booked our truck in on a Friday to get warranty work completed, dropped off at 0800 , I called at 1500 and it wasn’t even looked at .... response was they were busy.... well how if I booked an appointment did it not go in ??? So now again booked an appointment for the following Monday , dropped off at 0755, once again called around 1445, they didn’t have time to get it in again. I am so displeased as how can you book an appointment yet they don’t have time?

Dropped truck off last night with no appointment and my truck was fixed the next day. impressed by the service department and front staff
