Excellent for Real Estate Investors

We are Real Estate Investors & were branching into the Lethbridge market this summer. We ended up not very happy with the first Realtor that we tried & then we found Dave & what a difference!! He was so awesome in helping us find what we were looking for. He had excellent knowledge of the rental market in Lethbridge & was able to show us the best areas,that would attract good tenants & generate good income. We spent a lot of time searching & he was never impatient. We HIGHLY recommend him!

When I initially sought advice I sat down with Jen who helped us determine what we were looking for and helped to narrow the search as we progressed through our journey. When that was complete Dave started showing us a variety of properties to help us identify the elements that were truly important to us. Dave would point out features such as floor plans, location of bedrooms etc., neighborhood/location. They were fantastic to work with!

We purchased our first home with the help of Jennifer five years ago, so when the time came to move into something to fit our growing family, she was the first person we contacted. Not only did Jennifer and Dave go above and beyond to sell our house, they were always encouraging, accommodating and available as we searched for what we felt could be our "forever home." Their professionalism and experience speaks volumes and we wouldn't have wanted anyone else in our corner as buyers or as sellers.

Working with Jennifer was such a great experience. We told her what we expected in a realtor and she was all that and more. Three weeks after our house was listed we had an accepted offer, a week after that, the deal was complete. Jennifer is the only Lethbridge realtor we will work with in the future.

From our very first meeting with Dave the customer service we have received has been nothing but outstanding! I don't know how many properties he had to show us before we found the "one"! There were a few that he mentioned we should stay away from, (which we really appreciated); and even one that got away! Today we know the one that got away was because the "right one" had not come on the market yet. Dave has worked so hard for us, he has been so patient and we are very appreciate of this!
