Valley appliance is now my go to appliance parts and repair service. They have been super helpful and generous in helping us repair our ourselves, and brought in parts as well as offering recycling. Very friendly and patient on the phone, and have gone above and beyond to save us money by doing our own minor repairs- twice now! I look forward to something actually breaking seriously so we can give them more business. 5/5, will call again!

Came across this business by accident and had a counter top dishwasher that I loved but it needed repair. Rob was awesome!! Very personable and professional. I got my dishwasher back after a few days and he only charged me $30.00!!!! I'm really impressed withave the speedy friendly service!!! Highly recommend. . Deb M in Courtenay
