I hired Accent Movers at the last minute, completely unprepared for my move (family issues had hit me hard). Rick and Troy did an outstanding job moving me out of my apartment. They were professional and courteous and it was obvious from the get-go that they knew exactly what they were doing. I will be forever grateful. Hire them and you won’t be disappointed! Happy customer.

What I was told prior the job was different from the actual day of the move which was horrific. Worst move ever. I was told 3 guys starting at 8am Lead guy showed.When asked where other 2 guys were repeatedly told they will be here by 9 then by 9:30 then finally showed at 10, 2 young guys allegedly not reg experience crew Allegedly co overbooked took 8 1/2 hrs apprx 1kilm away Cost over the estimate, bad attitude of lead. P/U bins a whole dif story 2 missing items 2 damaged no compensation

My name is Rick Hansen. I only endorse companies that I have used. Accent Movers were fantastic. Wes came to my home in Richmond and estimated 5 to 6 hours to complete. The actual move took 5 hours. The crew that he sent were very professional. They were on time, on budget and nothing was damaged. I would highly recommend using Accent Movers for your next move.

Bad experience. Thy did not show up on a confirmed day twice in a row. A 30 min notice first time and no notice second time. They didn’t return calls or emails. When asked for a compensation, Wes became rude and offensive. Missing items, a broken glass frame, moth-eaten wool items after being stored in their facility. Movers assured a broken glass will be replaced, however, Wes refused to pay. They also mixed up their forms and I was left with all the personal information of another customer.
