This surveyor is awful. Not only did he not tell me about a serious conflict of interest between himself and the marina where the survey was to be done, but he also didnt send the survey to me in a timely manner. He expected me to follow up with him again and again for the report even though he knew we had a deadline on an accepted offer with subjects, one of the subjects being an accepted marine survey. The marina will not accept this survey based on the prior conflict of interest. DO NOT HIRE!
