Kami Cabs

The driver called to state he was a minute away from arrival, he was ten minutes. In addition, he requested that I wait outside, it was raining. Needless to say I was chilled and drenched from waiting outside. I will never use their services again

Driver showed up and would not let me in the cab because it is apparently company policy to ask if I have money first, which has never happened once in my life. he refused to let me in the cab even though I said I had money. He then calls the dispatch and tells them to refuse my business and leave me stranded downtown to walk halfway across town after work. The driver seemed to assume I was homeless because I was white and calling a cab at 3 am. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Do NOT use Kami Cabs!

Zero stars . I’ve wasted countless hours of my life waiting for cabs that never came, or over an hour wait time mid day on a Weekday pick up from downtown. As I’m writing this, my wife is standing outside on the Northshore alone, and has been for almost two hours. She and I have called both companies twice! Yet here I am at 4 am writing this review.. Kamloops cab service is an “old boys club” that needs to be faced with the new generation of hustle.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. It would be faster to build your own car, have a child, wait 16 years for that child to learn to drive and then call your child for a ride than it would be to actually have to wait for your Kami-Cab to arrive. Just terrible.

Very horrible, cab showed up late made me miss my bus and flight! Wish there was more cab companies in town.

Horrible. Waited 50min. Promised 10min.

Terrible. Waited an hour, inconsitent times. Called after 30 mins and they didn't even have anyone coming. Terrible service. Don't do it.

Absolutely horrible. Waited 25 minutes for a cab that was supposed to take 10. The driver apparently came but did NOT pull up in front of the business I stated clearly I was waiting in front of, then because I missed the invisible cabbies call when I was calling Kami dispatch the driver said I lost my ride. Didn't care I waited 25 min and clearly said he didn't care of they lost my business. Call yellow cabs instead!!

Dispatchers were lame and rude. cab never showed up and they acted like it was my fault.

So bad!!!!! They said it would be 25 mins then came after 5 mins so we rushed downstairs but they were gone when we were there!!! Smh

Had a bad expierience. Cab driver wouldn't let me out of the cab after my friend left the cab without paying. I had no money on me and he said he wouldn't let me out. Started driving to somewhere. I had to call the cops. Avoid them if you value your life. Scary stuff being taken somewhere.

Driver thought we didn't know where we going as we were from out of town. Tried to take us the long way back to our hotel from the casino. My wife pointed out that she was born and raised in Kamloops and that we were going the long way he then shut down the meter and gave us a flat rate.
