Not impressed with the service received when we brought in one of the products they sell(and purchased there) for repair. The person we dealt with on their counter needs some customer service training. When asked how long the repair would take he told us we had an attitude problem and to take our repair to Walkers which we did. The counter staff at Walkers was great. Will never return to Ajac's

Worst customer service ever when we took our generator be fixed by them. Kill switch wouldnt work when it was returned to us, bit did when we dropped it off. They accused us of messing with the wiring. Rude,ignorant, terrible customer service. Choose any other location!!

The guys at Ajacs gave me an excellent trade in value for my John Deere L 120 riding mower and had a new one ready and loaded on my trailer within an hour!! It was the first day after a long weekend too and they were extremely busy!! Tom and Rob were extremely knowledgeable and happy to help inform me promptly about other equipment inquiries I had. Over a month to repair lawn mower! Was told two weeks initially and so complained and suggested a discount for long wait. Was met with it’s all the customers fault for bringing them in all at once. Suggested they put additional people on or work overtime. Sworn at for obscure reason. Work was very good in the end. Will look elsewhere for Service

Tom has been very helpful in getting a new outboard motor arranged for delivery to be mounted on a newer boat. Informative and responsive service.

We were looking for a new ride on mower, the staff were super friendly and very knowledgeable. They showed us all the differences between the models and answered all of the questions we had. They were very accommodating and even stayed late to help us out with our new purchase. Thank you so much to the staff we will definitely be coming back in the future with service like that!!
