Very disagreeable person - nasty talk about so many people and rough with my dog!

The owner was VERY rough handling my dog and ended up cutting her so badly that I had to get her stitches at the nearby vet hospital. When I returned to collect my things from hospital, she started yelling at me that I had to pay for the full grooming and trimming session or else she would keep my belongings - THIS after I had just paid almost $400 for stitches! When I was paying for the groom, he offered me a $20 discount if I promised not to write a review and to "let us put this behind us..

The employees are always welcoming and eager to help! The store is well stocked and clean; even with all the animals they have! One of the top pet stores on the peninsula.
