Personable, efficient and unrushed. Does not try to hard sell products. Very happy with my dealings with her over the past several years. Timely referral to excellent opthalmologist when my cataracts needed to be removed.

When we lived in BC Canada we went to Dr Nancy. She treated me, my wife and our daughter and by far was one of the best in the field. She never rushed with her patients and was always there even in an emergency. Now we live in Asia and unfortunately we have not been able to find anyone even as 10% as good as Dr Nancy was to us Thank you Dr Nancy for being a such an amazing person. You are very much missed. Munasinghe family.

Fantastic service. The Doctor was friendly and kind. I thought the receptionist was very knowledgeable and efficient. I got my glasses there and they are great. Loved the selection. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Had a great exper...

Had a great experience at Morgan Creek Optometry. The Dr was pleasant and did a thorough job. Much better than I've had in the past at other outfits. I opted not to buy glasses right now, but they had a great selection of higher end brands. They're located in a wealthy area, so expect to see frames that cater to that clientele.

Terrible service ...

Terrible service and astonishing attitude is what you will get when you deal with these receptionists. The doctor herself was lovely but after the shock of how much they charge for their contacts I had to go somewhere else. Being a student, I'm not made of money so if I know I can get the same brand for $40 less, then I will go somewhere else. When I went to another location I had to get my prescription faxed over and the receptionists at Morgan Creek we're so rude and made me wait almost half an hour and I had to call twice. Their response - sorry it got busy. NO your not sorry, your just mad that I'm not buying my prescriptions through you and I told you that it was because you are too expensive. Unbelievable behaviour - I would never send anyone there no matter how much I actually liked the doctor. They need to teach their receptionists some customer service and to not discriminate against people that can't afford their pricing.
