Terrible Service. Reserved a 17 ft truck 3 weeks prior to our move online. We physically went into the store the following week to confirm the reservation. When we showed up on our move day we waited over an hour in line for customer service to tell us there is no truck available but we were never called. No empathy or any help offered. Apparently another truck would be available 4 hours later at another location. Waited & went to the other location and nothing available. Worst move experience.
