Culver City Salads

There’s a little green truck tooling around the streets of Vancouver, and it’s got a name: Culver City Salads. Since early 2013, Christina Culver has been selling her delicious and colourful vegan salads from the back of her cheerful food truck, delivering healthy food to workers on the go. “You tell us your allergies and super hates, and we’ll take care of the rest for you,” says Christina with a laugh. Like many of the veggies she serves up, this is a locally grown enterprise, and one that is poised to blossom.
