Brutal. Had carpets put in and at first they looked great. In less than 8 months, the carpet started to buckle. I called them and conveniently they said that after 6 months, they don't do anything about it but that i could PAY them to send someone out to fix it. Their contract says nothing about 6 months... Bad service. Bad product. Buyer beware.

Stay away from this place. Worse customer service ever. Cheap quality carpets and poor installation. Better pay a little extra somewhere else but get better quality results. They only care about your money. I'm surprised they are still in business after all these years.
