    Could not possibly recommend this company to anybody - terrible business practices, double and triple billing on parts, and their technician was s.l.o.w. to put it gently. Zero stars from me!

    This company gets 0 stars from me. They came and looked at my hot water on demand system and said it was correctly installed, then charged me $300. The system still wasnt working when they left, and they sent another person, who still didnt fix it and also said it looked great. Then another plumber from another company came and said it was installed wrong and fixed it in half a day. Plumbers are not knowledgeable about these systems at all. They even started brushing off the wrong exit vent.

    I contracted with Aslan to install outdoor lighting for my home. I was absent and surprised workers with a visit to the home during the work. One electrician worked on the back yard while two students a young boy and a young girl dug a trench in the front yard. I asked why they were not using a trench machine which would take a few hours. That had no idea. My invoice came with almost $10,000 slotted for the kids digging a trench! Needless to say I was shocked &. contacted Aslan and attemp

    I have been a customer for about 5yrs. I'm very disappointed in the last two services I have received. $180.00 for a fireplace and just 3 days later the same issue. Calling back will again cost me for a job I can't trust will get done. Shame..Shame. I will be taking my business elsewhere because as a senior on a pension I can only afford a one time fix, unfortunately this has not happened.

    My mom was having some health issues and kept telling me she could smell gas downstairs. I called the landlord to let her know and explained I was going to call Aslan to come and check it out. The technician arrived rather quickly and discovered the hot water tank was vented back into the house and had a bit of a leak. He corrected the venting and fixed the leak. He was polite, prompt and respectful of my mom's health. She is doing much better and no longer can smell gas, I will use again
