Dust and dirt from sanded on Leather seat and car console. Over spray paint on passenger site Miro.Paint job is so many imperfection sach as hair and speck of dirt trapped in the finish.Not recommend it to anybody who like quality job.Owner is nice but if you complain turning to very rude.

This was my first time at Lima's, but it won't be my last! When I called for an assessment after a run-in with the curb, Jose kindly fit me in that day. Rather than sell me on an expensive (read $500+) replacement, Jose re-aligned my displaced fender - and it looks fantastic! When I asked what I owed him, Jose insisted it was on the house. I left truly impressed both by Jose's generosity and his caliber of work. Thank you so much - I'd recommend Lima's to anyone!

I was very impressed by the service I received at Lima's auto body repair shop. I found Jose to be an honest, straight-forward guy who fixed my car quickly and at a reasonable price. I picked up my car freshly washed and vacuumed which went above my expectations as it was only a small repair job. Thank You Jose!
Lima's came highly recommended from my mechanic and Joe and his team were great. I had a few issues with my rear bumper/hatch and Joe did great work and even fixed the issues I was having with my hatch for free. Definitely recommend this place!!!
I called Lima's autobody with a car door which wouldn't close and a smashed window. I spoke to jose and he actually took the time away from his busy shop to come to my home to see my car. He fixed the door so I could get in and drive and I followed him to his shop. This saved me from waiting for a tow truck. He helped me out with calling icbc claims, found a used window for my car door and had my car ready in 24 hours! He was able to repair it for 110.00 less than the deductible and because of his help , what would have been a confusing, stressful, expensive, time consuming process for me was a breeze. He even gave me a ride home! Jose cares about his customers and goes out of his way to help. Some weeks ago I was driving up the island highway when someone in the opposite lane decided to come and visit me on my side. The damage was prepared beautifully by Lima, but as I drove the car away I noticed a smudge on the glass on the driver's side window. I thought it was just leftover polish, but it turned out to be an abrasion, between me and the side mirror. So I took it back. Gary, the guy who did the job, saw me coming in. He was mortified when I showed him the problem. He ran over to the old door, got the piece of glass out if it, and installed it in less than 15 minutes, all the while apologizing over and over again. You can't beat that!

José runs this family owned business (35+ years in Victoria) and he was super helpful, honest, and did a great job on my car. Price can't be beat! Plus it didn't take long for my car to be fixed which is nice as I require it for work. A friend of mine recommended Lima's to me and I will definitely return in the future if I ever need more work done.

Really...beautiful, beautiful work. The folks at Lima's are artists and treat your car like something they plan to exhibit. At no point did I feel patronized but rather felt like a family member. My car has never looked better!
Lima's Autobody is the place to go in the city. Jose managed to find parts for my vehicle at a very reasonable price. He was able to find replacement parts within a day and was very quick in fixing my car. Not only did they fix my fender but they also cleaned the inside of my car and my car was a disaster! I was very very happy with the service, the work, and the extra mile that they went. I would recommend Lima's Autobody in a heartbeat.
FINALLY I've found someone in this business I can count on, and trust. As a female consumer, I'm so sick and tired of getting snowed when something happens to my vehicle. I can't convey the piece of mind it brings to deal with folks so conscientious, reasonably priced, and trust-worthy. LIMA went above and beyond in their workmanship, stuck to their quote, and did the very best they could to work within my budget.
