Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service

Over-priced for the small (and bad) job they did; $180 to get the bathtub drain unclogged (NOT upfront with the pricing). The guy worked on it max only 45 minutes. A strainer fell into the drain when the metal cross holding it in place had broken. The guy came and unclogged the drain with a snake pipe cleaner. He did NOT recover the strainer, said it went further into the pipes, so the pipes need replacing and will cost around $600. Clogged again 2 days later. I complained,and nothing from them

Good, fast work! Woke up to a few inches of water in the basement and Roto-rooter promised same day service and said it would be between 4-6 pm. The service tech called to ask if he could come earlier, Bonus!! Thank-you for that and for solving the problem!

Sewer line backed up over long weekend. Job turned out to be very labor intensive. They were fair with the price and fixed the issue. Gave further advice on what to expect from tree roots in my area. They are consistently prompt, professional and fair. They know my file and can provide history on my home sewer care.

The service was fast.The guy who did the plumbing was knowledgeable.He even gave us the history as to when this house we own had their last drainage checked by their company.That implies the company is legal and very experienced.

Roto Rooter promptly sent a truck to our home. The problem wasnt resolved the first visit so a supervisor was sent and took care of the issue without charging extra time. Good job Shane and Tyler.

When the plumber showed up at the house if it wasn’t getting in the book he had no idea how to do the job other than what it said in the book and Terribly disappointed

I am a repeat customer. RR offers a quick appointment time and free estimates! I had 2 new toilets installed and although I paid a little more than the next guy I felt made up in service. The plumber (Justin) was on time, pleasant, knowledgable and there was very little disruption to my morning.

Service man was very efficient and personable. In feel quite comfortable in recommending this service to friends and family.

He came on time; was friendly; did the repair quicker than I expected; and cleaned up, such that I did not have to do anything further after he left. The bill was almost exactly as his estimate. This company is my go-to for all plumbing.

Very good service. Was able to determine that the drain was clogged with tree roots. He quoted me the cost of the project before starting the work.

We are repeat residential customers.During our recent renovations used Roto-Rooter numerous times.On each occasion we received expedient,courteous service.Our tradsman was always exceptionally clean tidy and very proficient/knowledgable.We actually feel that he is part of the family.

My husband and I had a panic last Monday night with water leaking all over our basement floor. The smell was very bad and we feared the worst. We called many companies in panic from google as we started researching who would come. It was 10pm at night and RotoRooter was the only company who answered the bell! The technician Jesse was amazing and found the bigger leak in the mechanical room and was with us until midnight helping us clean!He came back the next morning to recheck! Just awesome!!!!
